- Montreal Convention (International Law)
- US Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulations
We handle claim assessment, submission, negotiation, and, if necessary, legal escalation to secure compensation.
- User Responsibilities
By using FlightCompensation.us services, the User agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete flight details (e.g., flight number, departure dates, and booking references).
- Submit necessary supporting documentation (e.g., boarding passes, tickets, airline communications).
- Refrain from pursuing the same claim directly with the airline after initiating the claim process with FlightCompensation.us.
- Notify FlightCompensation.us if compensation is received directly from the airline.
- No Win, No Fee Policy
- FlightCompensation.us operates on a No Win, No Fee basis.
- If the claim is successful, a service fee (a percentage of the total compensation awarded) will be deducted before transferring the remaining funds to the User.
- If the claim is unsuccessful, no fees will be charged.
- Payment Terms
- Compensation payments will be transferred securely to the payment method provided by the User.
- Users must ensure accurate payment details are submitted.
- FlightCompensation.us is not liable for delays caused by incorrect payment details provided by the User.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on FlightCompensation.us, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of FlightCompensation.us and protected by copyright laws.
- Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use of content is strictly prohibited.
